Derbyshire Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in October 2001. The Partnership comprises: Derbyshire Constabulary, Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council, Derbyshire Magistrates' Courts Service, Crown Prosecution Service, Highways Agency. The Chairman of the Partnership is Chief Superintendent Tony Bateman of Derbyshire Constabulary.
