Devon & Cornwall Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in October 2002. The Partnership comprises: Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, Devon County Council, Cornwall County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council, The Council of the Isles of Scilly, Highways Agency, Devon & Cornwall Magistrates' Courts Committee, Devon & Cornwall Crown Prosecution Service. The Chairman of the Partnership is Supt Mike Sarsfield of Devon & Cornwall Police.
