Humberside Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2003. The Partnership comprises: Humberside Police, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Highways Agency, Humberside Magistrates' Courts Service, Kingston-upon-Hull City Council, North Lincolnshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council. The Chairman of the Partnership is Supt. David Hilditch of Humberside Police.
