Leicestershire & Rutland Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2002. The Partnership comprises: Leicestershire Constabulary, Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, Rutland County Council, Highways Agency, Leicestershire & Rutland Primary Care Trusts, Leicestershire Magistrates' Courts Service. The Chairman of the Partnership is James Gibson of Leicestershire County Council.
