Lincolnshire Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2000. The Partnership comprises: Lincolnshire Police, Lincolnshire County Council, Lincolnshire NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Probation Service, Highways Agency. The Chairman of the Partnership is David Rosier of Lincolnshire County Council.
