The Partnership comprises: Northamptonshire Constabulary, Northamptonshire County Council, Northamptonshire Magistrates' Courts Service, Highways Agency, NHS Northamptonshire. The Chairman of the Partnership is Larry Ennis of Northamptonshire Police.
