Many online retailers do not hold stock, they ship in to order or get manufacturers to deliver direct. This is bad news for you the customer as you cannot be guaranteed next day delivery and you cannot be quickly serviced with spares, accessories or new for old replacements from stock in the unlikely event of a fault. These are pictures of our warehouse just outside Guildford in Surrey where we pack and dispatch your orders and you can come and collect from our warehouse sales counter if you prefer.
